Just a short note to voice my appreciation and make some observations about the
Marketing Consulting you provided me.
As I am a graduate of both the Phil Broyles Top-producer System and the Xerox Sales
training I can honestly say you provided a unique approach to my business. Your
emphasis on the "building of credibility" from outside sources, target marketing and the
help in managing and training my assistant was invaluable. I feel your ongoing input as
a both client and a consultant was one of the reasons I reached the Associate Vice
President Title last year. Your extensive experience in marketing and as a business
owner was evident in your good ideas which have influenced my success.
I am this year focusing on the markets you outlined and look for another 40% jump in
revenue and assets next year.

I’m writing this letter to thank you for the time you spent with me this spring. As you
remember, I was faced with a number of tough choices as to what direction I should take
my real estate business. Your review of my choices proved to be very insightful and now
looking back proved to be very helpful in choosing the right path of action. Sometimes
we are just too close to the issues and it helps to have someone who can look everything
over and give you a fresh look especially at things you hadn’t considered. Because of
your review and recommendations, I now have 3 new contracts to develop real estate
both in Washington state and most recently in New Hampshire. Thanks again.

Dear prospective client of David Sweet,
In 2007 I approached David for help regarding my art business. Although I’d been a
professional artist earning a living by commissions and gallery work for over 30 years,
the work had dried up and I needed guidance from someone I’d heard had a good
reputation.


We met twice, first in order to establish my vision for what I needed to accomplish and
to acknowledge my skill set for a possible career shift, and then for the practical
hammering out of new direction.


David helped me focus on steps to create a slightly different approach. He was
insightful, knowledgeable, creative and efficient. I really appreciated his balance of
listening and suggestions of options. I needed his outside perspective and for an
independent person like me he approached my challenges with exactly the right tone.

Lynn Di Nino

Telling Lynn Di Nino that anything could not be accomplished
would be like trying to block out the sun. Coming to Tacoma in 2001,
she has been a tour de force in the growth of the art community
and public awareness. Lynn has been directly responsible for
creating, organizing, and facilitating more than a few city-wide events
for the benefit of the arts, participants, and onlookers—a good time
had by all! Her creativity never stops!
